By using Lemon Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using Lemon Bot.

| Discord's Terms of Service & Community Guidelines.

Your use of Lemon Bot must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any activity that violates Discord's rules may also result in restrictions or termination of your access to Lemon Bot. Lemon Company reserves the right to take action when Lemon Bot is used in connection with activity that violates Discord's policies.

| No economy abuse.

Lemon Bot's economy is designed to provide a fair gameplay experience for all users. You must not abuse commands, mechanics, rewards, cooldowns, or other economy systems to obtain an unfair advantage. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Abusing commands that generate lemons, XP, items, or rewards.
• Repeatedly triggering mechanics in unintended ways.
• Circumventing intended limitations or cooldowns.
• Manipulating rewards or economy systems through unintended interactions.
• Using multiple users or accounts to artificially generate wealth. Any progress obtained through economy abuse may be removed.

| No exploits, glitches, or unintended mechanics.

Exploiting bugs, glitches, errors, dupes, or unintended mechanics to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited. An unintended interaction remains prohibited even if Lemon Bot does not automatically prevent it. If you discover a bug or exploit, report it to the Lemon Company staff team instead of intentionally using it. You must not:

• Duplicate items, currency, pets, or other assets.
• Manipulate commands to bypass intended restrictions.
• Abuse calculation or reward errors.
• Repeatedly reproduce a known bug for personal gain.
• Share methods for exploiting Lemon Bot with the intention of enabling abuse. Lemon Company may remove any progress obtained through an exploit and may take additional action depending on the severity of the abuse.

| No alternate account farming.

Alternate accounts must not be used to gain additional rewards or bypass limitations. This includes using alternate accounts to:

• Farm lemons, XP, items, pets, or other rewards.
• Bypass command cooldowns or limitations.
• Transfer wealth to a primary account.
• Boost gangs or other competitive systems.
• Manipulate quests, raids, heists, battles, or similar mechanics.
• Artificially increase statistics or leaderboard positions.
• Abuse new-user or account-based rewards. Creating or using alternate accounts for legitimate reasons is not automatically prohibited. However, using them to gain an unfair advantage is.

| No scams, fraud, or dishonest trades.

Users must not intentionally deceive other users in connection with Lemon Bot. This includes scams involving:

• Market transactions.
• Auctions.
• Direct trades.
• Gang agreements.
• Giveaways.
• Item or pet exchanges.
• Promises of future payments or rewards.
• Any other Lemon Bot economy feature. Attempting to obtain another user's lemons, items, pets, or other assets through deception is prohibited. Lemon Company may investigate reported scams and take action when sufficient evidence is provided.

| No leaderboard or statistic manipulation.

Lemon Bot's leaderboards and statistics must reflect legitimate gameplay. Artificially increasing your position or statistics through unfair methods is prohibited. This includes manipulating:

• Leaderboard rankings.
• Streaks.
• Achievements.
• Battle Pass progress.
• Stock value.
• Gang wealth.
• XP.
• Wins or other competitive statistics.
• Any future ranking or statistic introduced to Lemon Bot. Users must not coordinate with other accounts for the purpose of artificially inflating competitive statistics.

| No gang, raid, heist, or battle abuse.

Gang, raid, heist, boss, and battle systems must be used as intended. You must not exploit these systems to duplicate rewards, avoid intended risks, manipulate outcomes, or gain benefits that would not normally be available. This includes intentionally creating situations involving multiple accounts or users solely to manipulate these systems. Any rewards obtained through prohibited manipulation may be removed.

| No automation or unauthorized software.

Lemon Bot gameplay must not be automated through software or external tools. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Autoclickers.
• Macros.
• Auto-typers.
• Scripts.
• Self-bots.
• Automated user accounts.
• Third-party automation software.
• Other tools designed to automatically execute Lemon Bot commands. Automation that interacts with Lemon Bot without legitimate user input may be considered abuse, even if it does not directly exploit a bug.

| Illegitimate progress may be removed.

Lemon Company may remove progress that was obtained through exploits, bugs, scams, automation, abuse, or other prohibited methods. This may include:

• Lemons.
• Items.
• Pets.
• Upgrades.
• Stocks.
• Titles.
• Factories.
• Gang progress.
• Achievements.
• Battle Pass progress.
• Leaderboard statistics.
• Any other virtual progress or assets. Removal of illegitimate progress may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the integrity of Lemon Bot.

| Do not interfere with Lemon Bot.

You must not intentionally interfere with, damage, disrupt, overload, manipulate, or compromise Lemon Bot or its infrastructure. This includes attempts to:

• Disrupt the bot's functionality.
• Abuse API requests or commands.
• Circumvent security measures.
• Access systems or data that you are not authorized to access.
• Intentionally cause excessive resource usage.
• Manipulate Lemon Bot's databases or internal systems.
• Interfere with other users' legitimate gameplay. Any attempt to compromise Lemon Bot's infrastructure may result in immediate and permanent restriction of access.

| Staff decisions & enforcement.

Lemon Company staff may investigate violations of these Terms and take appropriate action based on the circumstances of each case. Enforcement may consider:

• The severity of the violation.
• The impact on other users.
• The amount of progress or assets affected.
• Whether the violation was intentional.
• Previous violations.
• Whether the user attempted to conceal or repeat the violation. Staff may take action against behavior that clearly violates the purpose or integrity of Lemon Bot even when that behavior is not specifically listed in these Terms. Punishments may include warnings, temporary restrictions, removal of progress, temporary bans, permanent bans, or other appropriate measures.

| Reporting violations.

If you discover an exploit, scam, abuse, or other violation of these Terms, please report it in the Lemon Company support server using /bug report. Reports should include sufficient evidence whenever possible, such as screenshots, videos, relevant usernames, command usage, transaction details, or other information that can help staff investigate the situation. Do not intentionally reproduce an exploit beyond what is reasonably necessary to demonstrate the issue.

| Virtual currency and assets.

Lemons, items, pets, stocks, upgrades, titles, and other assets provided by Lemon Bot are virtual assets used within the bot's systems. They have no guaranteed monetary value and must not be treated as real-world currency or property. Lemon Company may modify, rebalance, reset, remove, or otherwise change virtual assets and their values when necessary for maintenance, balancing, security, or other operational reasons.

| Service availability.

Lemon Bot is provided on an availability basis and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside Lemon Company's control. Lemon Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always function without errors. Features may be changed, temporarily disabled, replaced, or removed as Lemon Bot continues to develop.

| Changes to Lemon Bot.

Lemon Company may modify Lemon Bot at any time. This may include changes to:

• Commands.
• Economy values.
• Rewards.
• Cooldowns.
• Features.
• Leaderboards.
• Game mechanics.
• Virtual assets.
• Available systems. These changes may be made for balancing, security, maintenance, development, or other operational reasons.

| Changes to these Terms.

Lemon Company may update these Terms of Service when necessary. When significant changes are made, Lemon Company may provide notice through its official channels. Your continued use of Lemon Bot after changes to these Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version of these Terms will always take precedence over previous versions.
